Two jobs, one company: set the direction, then spec what ships.

I founded Quickship Technologies in May 2022 and run its product from Dubai, UAE. In 2026 we left fulfilment and warehousing behind to become a software company only.

As founder Direction

  • Set company direction, including the 2026 move to software only.
  • Own commercial strategy and pricing: 3-day free trial, zero setup charge, websites from AED 49 a month, custom integrations built free.
  • Built the sales and support team, working from Dubai in English and Arabic.
  • Own carrier, agent and channel partner relationships across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

As Head of Product Roadmap

  • Define the roadmap and write the spec for all 8 modules.
  • Own the integration layer: 14 live connections, from Shopify and Amazon to QuickBooks and WhatsApp Business.
  • Specify carrier allocation, labels, tracking and the COD cash chain across 46 carriers.
  • Run discovery with forwarders, couriers, importers and sellers, and turn their problems into shipped features.
  • Set release priorities, benchmark against Shipsy and FarEye, and decide what stays out of scope.
